- Represented G&S Investments, LLC in a lease restructure with Aldik, Inc., New Creative Enterprises, Inc. and DCI Holdings, Inc. related to a more than 400,000-square-foot facility in Moorpark, California.
- Represented Arboretum Gateway, LLC in the negotiation of a lease of an approximately 205,000-square-foot building to Universal Music Group. Based upon this lease, the developer was in a position to sell the building to an institutional investor.
- Counseled the owner of two Class A office buildings in Century City, California in leases to major law firms, accounting firms and other professional service businesses.
- Represented the owner of a building on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills in the lease of the building to Elizabeth Arden.
- Represented Wilshire Roxbury Enterprises in the lease of buildings in Beverly Hills to St. John’s Knits and Marina Rinaldi.
- Advised The Saban Company in the lease of approximately 160,000 square feet in a Class A office building in Westwood, California.
- Represented Arnon Development in the build-to-suit lease to DaVita, Inc. of a medical office/dialysis center in West Los Angeles.
- Represented a landlord in the lease of 110,000-square feet of retail space to Home Depot.
- Counseled Costco Wholesale Corporation in the ground leasing of several warehouse club locations in various regional mall locations formerly occupied by traditional department stores.
